Welcome to Haus Montis apartments. Our two apartments are located in a quiet street in Haus im Ennstal. Haus Montis is just 200 metres from the Hauser Kaibling 1B ski slope, with the Kaiblingbahn within walking distance. Our house is the perfect base for the Schladming 4-mountain ski area. In summer, marked hiking trails, cycling routes and a beach are all within walking distance.

Great place to enjoy vacation
Everything was perfect :) location is great, close to the cabine, shop Billa was 2 minutes walk away, everything was clean at the apartment, great balcony with a beautiful view to enjoy morning coffee :) communication with owners were also perfect.

Great location, 2 min. A BILLA is within walking distance. Very clean and cozy. Beds comfortable. Clean kitchen, with Tchibo capsule machine. There was a shop with games for the kids and also pens for painting.

Good location, clean, friendly
The area is very clean, coffee capsules for the coffee machine were available, along with various teas and spices. A small crocheted basket of sweets and a small bottle of sparkling wine gave us the impression of being welcome. The accommodation provider was available at very short notice on the day of arrival and also provided us with a later checkout at short notice. The location is good - a 3-minute walk to Billa. Bathroom and toilet with window 😁.

Great location. Just a short walk to the ski trail leading to the gondola. Plenty of space. The kitchen was superbly equipped. Everything was there. Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. We were even able to check in earlier.
